In The Workshop
Toyota Hilux on a full R134a service — manifold gauges connected to the high and low side ports while the vacuum pump on the ground pulls the system down to remove all air and moisture before recharging with fresh refrigerant and oil.
Dedicated high-pressure R744 manifold set connected to a modern vehicle. R744 systems run at significantly higher pressures than R134a or R1234yf and require specialist gauges, hoses and training — which we're fully equipped for.
Two Mercedes-Benz Actros tractor units in for cab air con regas and diagnostics. We travel to site and service commercial fleets — keeping drivers cool and legally compliant on long shifts.
Post-service verification: a calibrated probe thermometer in the centre vent reading 0.7 °C. That's ice-cold output straight from the dash — proof the system is holding a proper charge, the compressor is doing its job, and the evaporator is running at spec.
A dedicated manifold set for every refrigerant we handle — R134a, R1234yf and R744 — kept separate to prevent cross-contamination. It's how we service any vehicle that rolls in without compromising the next one on the ramp.
Manifold gauges hooked directly onto the high and low side service ports of a JCB engine bay. Plant machinery cabs get brutally hot in summer — we recover the old refrigerant, vacuum test the system for leaks, and recharge it back to spec so the operator can actually work a full shift.
We travel out to yards and depots to service plant that can't easily come to us. This JCB 417 wheel loader had its cab air con recharged on location — minimal downtime, machine back working the same day.
Post-service walk around on a Hyundai LH24 wheeled excavator after a full air con regas. Operators sitting in a glass cab all day rely on the aircon working properly — it's a health and safety issue, not a luxury.
